    It is widely acknowledged that having a good sleep routine benefits our life in many different ways, since scientific studies prove this. Despite this fact, several youngsters shrug it off and reckon that this doesn’t play a vital role in their lives , and there could be a huge problem.     Letting someone down is basically when you disappoint someone by the fact that you were supposed to do something or take a responsibility and you didn't show up your effort or even tried. There are a lot of people who always trust in me, and as a person, I try to do my best every time in whatever I do in order to make them proud. It is a great example to consider a family with their children growing up to see the real meaning of this expression .    In many cases we try not to disappoint our parents by doing more effort than we can in the daily tasks and problems we face as human beings . As teenagers we think (at least in my case), that giving a stunning performance in university, or tidying up our entire room everyday should be enough to make them happy, but that's not the point.    One-hit wonders are spread worldwide, in fact, almost every single country has one. If I had to choose one in order to talk about him, I am sure I would take the example of SweetPain. SweetPain, known as Sweet, is considerated by many rap battles fans as one of the best freestylers that have ever existed. That's according to how he has shown to the public his brain process and training during his career.   He has only had one almost-brilliant night, though, when RedBull Spain took part in Barcelona in 2019. He reached the final destroying all the opponents he would have to face, indeed, all the people were crying his name even though it wasn't even his turn.   Eventually, when he had to beat Zasko, who had never been in a final before either, he began to feel distrustful of himself and Zasko took him away becoming the champion.   We can realize the weather has changed during the different seasons in the year by looking at the temperature these days or watching people swimming in the sea. The changes in the climate have been caused by ourselves, who not only pollute the air we share, but also pollute the different ecosystems where animals and other forms of life live. Due to these warning stats, scientists and researchers have carried out researches about other ways to, for example, to produce energy without polluting amounts of bad substances on the Earth. In my opinion, we should take care of the world and cooperate to be a better society. This is one of the hugest problems in these days and we must be aware of the consequences it could have if we don't start working right now.

 At  the beginning of the year Albert told us to write genuine comments, and so I did. And I can say that if you write genuine comments, you will improve more your English. Also, Albert told us to ask him any doubt if we had any, and we do. If we didn't ask, we wouldn't be able to correct our mistakes. Albert told us to do a semanal writing to train our writing skills, but we didn't. If we had done it, we wouldn't have problems now. To sum up, if you are in 1º ESO, and Albert is your teacher, ask him any doubt you have. Tell him how you train your skills, and ask him for advice. But most important, listen to him.

  The love of my life isn't a girl or a woman who will be my girlfriend. The love of my life is my mother, the single one that no matter what I do, she is always there for me. As a sentence I read said: "A mother's strength is greater than the laws of nature". This makes me think about all the care and the sacrifice mothers do for their sons and daughters always. Remember when you were very late in another town that wasn't yours, and Mom, instead of being at home sleeping because she had to go to homework the following day, went to that town and brought you back without saying anything and you didn't thank it. Whenever I can I demonstrate to my mother all the love I have to her, and if it is possible thank her for all she does for me.
